ESP-IDF intallation issue

Dear all, I am trying to install the ESP-IDF based on the guide here:https://esp32tutorials.com/install-esp3 ... e-vs-code/
The first step is finished successfully and Python is installed on my PC.
Then I download the installer from here: posting.php?mode=post&f=13, the gree one:

I start the installation and make the chceck:

Then I select Download ESP-IDF and select:

Then I set the target destination: C:\Espressif

... after that I use thefollowing setup:

When confirmed I received this overview.

And after the Installatioan is strated I receive immeditaley th error message....

Sorry to split to 3 messages but I was not able to attach more files.

Please, any idea what is wrong ? I laso tried to run the installation as Admin a switch off Norton which was detected by the check.
