github PR backport to release branch

I recently got a PR merged into esp-idf on github: https://github.com/espressif/esp-idf/pull/10967

What's the best way to request that the change be backported to a release branch? In particular, I'm interested in v5.0. I could open PRs targeting some release branches, but I believe only PRs targeting master are considered.
