Why is ADC2 not viable with Wi-Fi in ESP32?

Hello,

I have been researching this topic in the forum and the reason for this restriction was not clear to me. I wanted more information about it or even a link with more details that I could have missed.
Also I wanted to know if it is a possible way to use the ADC2 with the Wi Fi at least a couple times per minute.
