ESP32-C3 single Bluetooth Low Energy packet at a selected channel

Hi everyone,

I have a question to deep divers - in ESP32-C3 is there any way to send a custom single BLE packet at a selected channel and also listen at the selected channel other than primary advertising channels? I'm using ESP IDF.
I've done some research in the Internet and also have looked in API but I couldn't find a positive answer to my questions.
