whether ESP32-WROOM-32E support matter? can i make a firmware for it support apple homekit, google home and amazon alexa at the same time?

Is it regarding E letter? Or it's about ESP32 capability to run different voice assistants at the same time?
If it's about existing project which you consider migrating to E chips (ESP32-ECO-V3), it's recommended to do this because it has Secure Boot V2 (stores only public key of software) and vulnerabilities closed thus your commercial and personal secrets won't be compromised unless your software has vulnerabilities

When migrating to ESP32-ECO-V3, you may need to change Secure Boot image signing process

because we already have the hardware with ESP32-WROOM-32E , it this can do with matter? work with alexa,google,homekit 3 at the same time?
