Hello, i am making a project that need directional bluetooth and an antenna or the aluminium case will do this direction. My question is, the u.fl connector that some esp32 modules have amplify the bluetooth signal or is just for WiFi?

Yes. WiFi and bluetooth share the analog hardware, LNA, PA etc, and as such the antenna/antenna connector is also shared.
