I2S Audio Codec Master Clock

Hey all. I'm putting together a board based on the ESP32-WROVER and I'd like to double check something before I go too much further.
I've seen references to using GPIO0 for outputting the master clock for an I2S audio codec slave. But my audio codec maxes out at 24.576 MHz, and I'd like to keep the ESP32's main clock at full speed for my flash memory chip. I see pins labeled with CLK_OUT2 and CLK_OUT3. Am I able to use these pins with the I2S system to output a slower clock?
