Receive data from mesh sensor to ESP32

How to receive the data from Wireless Temperature sensor and send it to smartphones using ESP32 easily.
I am working on some application which helps me making receiving the data from the mesh based sensor and share the output to the android application, Any leads to connect the hardware and make mesh module to work with sample will be very useful.
