The onboard RGB on ESP32 S3 MINI 1 not glowing red

I used the example code in esp32 > gpio > blinkrgb. Everything is working fine except the red color is not showing up. I did some further testing i added some green and blue values along with red but it completely ignores red value or it's not able to output the red color. It's a brand new official board. I am powering it with usb.
