ESP32C6 Antenna matching circuit

Hello, i'm developing a product using an ESP32-C6.
I'm currently working on the PI filter to adapt the C6's to the 50R impedance of my antenna.
However, the datasheet states that the transmission losses for the 4.8 and 7.2GHz harmonics must be "lower than -35dB".
This is pretty ambiguous as it could be either: -35dB up to eg. -200dB or it could mean -35dB up to eg. 0dB.
My question is: should the CLC filter remove the harmonics or try to not attenuate them too much ?
Or should the Q factor be 1.2 to fit within the recommended values in the datasheet or can i select a higher Q factor value ?
