Looking for 5 inch RGB LCD with 1024x600

Hello,
Would someone kindly suggest where I can shop for 5 inch RGB LCD with 1024x600 screen ?
While searching online I can only find 7inch sized panels with needed resolution, but not 5inch. Are they even exist ?
