Custom POE Esp32 - the serial tx path seems to be down

Hi,
I am currently working on a high school project and need your help regarding a custom POE Esp32 board. I’ll get this error when I try to flash something :
the serial tx path seems to be down
The PCB design is copied from ESP32 Olimex POE.
What I am doing wrong with the USB-C connection ?
