BLE 5.0 or 5.3 stack needed in ESP Wroom 32 E

I am no where finding how i can upgrade by BLE stack from Bluetooth 4.2 to Bluetooth 5.0 or 5.3.
I am using SDK ESP IDF 4.4.3 and Dev Module i used in my Code application was ESP Wroom 32 E. Guide me here step wise step to migrate it .

Is there any Dev board available with ESP Wroom 32E, having BLE5.0 or 5.3 on it. How can i do it then if not. It looks scary to me. Since espressif produces complete modules with wifi-bluetooth feature.

Please tell me the process to upgrade to BLE 5.0 on same hardware ESPwroom32E, is it possible? i am not interested in BLE 5.0 certification of Espressif. since you are telling 5.3 is not possible. I am keen to know aboult process for upgrading to 5.0

You should read that news.
BLE 5.0 certification is due to ble mesh support. There is no long range, 2mbit PHY etc. Those are only available in newer chips like S3, C3, H2.
