Hi

with ESPNOW and pcb antenna we can transmit at about 200m.

How many meters of improvement I could gain if use external antenna in both side?

Fully depends on the antenna (gain).
People seem to get all kinds of ranges, from 500m with PCB antenna to 2-10km with external directional antennas.
