Hello community,
We are exploring ESP32C3 for our DAQ application where we want to install the ESP32C3 on a high vibration surface for the entire lifespan of this DAQ. The vibration PSD shall be in range of 0.01G^2/Hz for 10Hz to 3000Hz range. Which is significant if not high vibration for crystal based oscillators.
Kindly guide if we can simply swap the 40Mhz crystal with a MEMS Oscillator for improved immunity to the external vibrations.
Regards.

Anyone, any update, any feedback, any experience of interfacing Oscillator instead of crystal with the ESP32 chips?

We connected a SP32-S3R8 to a DSC1001DL5-040.0000 (MEMS XTAL ±10ppm) also because of high-vibration environment. Everything seems to work OK, except for the wifi.
