ESP32S3 Module won't boot and need reset

Hello Guys,
I have integrated the esp32s3 wroom1 (n8r2) module into a circuit, and I am experiencing unusual behavior at startup under certain conditions.
When I power the circuit via USB after a prolonged period of non-use, it does not start in normal execution mode and does not run the preloaded code. To achieve normal operation, I need to press the reset button.
Please find attached my schematic. I suspect that the circuit is entering boot mode, which could explain this phenomenon.
If anyone have infos or modifications I should try I'm all ears
