esp32-cam can't upload code after trying to use GPIO16 as PWM control.

Hi,
I tried to use GPIO16 as output for PWM.
After I done that, I can no longer upload new code to the device using the Arduino IDE.
This GPIO is also used for some serial communication, but not sure what can I do now.
Any help is appreciated.
