Min voltage level on CHIP_PU to guarantee that chip is powered on

Hi,
I am consulting the ESP32MINI1/ESP32MINI1U - Datasheet (or any other esp32 datasheet).
I can see that "Max Low-level input voltage of CHIP_PU to shut down the chip is defined as 0.6V."
But what is the minimum voltage level to guarantee chip is powered on? (0.75×VDD)?
