What ESP32-S3-WROOM Flash write endurance?

We're considering using ESP32-S3-WROOM for a product which needs logging capability. We want to use the internal flash to reduce part count and cost, but can't find any info regarding the part number of the flash chip or at least its write endurance.
Where can I get the spec for that, or at least a "worst case" number, based on which flash chips are sourced?
