use esp32-s3-devkitc-1 to light up RGB LCD (24bit)

I want to use esp32-s3-devkitc-1 to light up RGB LCD (24bit), plus VS, HS, DE, CLK, a total of 28 digital output pins are needed, is it enough? Which pins must not be used?
