Serious Boot Problem

Hi,
I have a serious problem with an ESP32-Wroom 32E. The devices equipped with it work perfectly in continuous operation. However, if you repeatedly cut the power supply during the boot process, then it no longer boots after a while. Then the ESP32 can usually only be brought back to life by reflashing the firmware. But there are also examples, which suddenly start to live again.
Does anyone have this problem, or has a similar behavior ever been observed? I would like to have a suggestion how to get the ESP32 boot-stable.
