USB to UART driver issues

Hi,
I'va had a problem recently and hope one of u colud help me out. My ESP32 S3 DEVKITC1 used to work perfectly fine, but now when I try to connect it to my Windows pc the device manager gives me an error code 31. I tried manually installing the Silicon Labs USB to UART drivers, but then I got the message that the best possible drivers are already installed. So I can't do really anything with my ESP now
