I bought the ESP32-S3-Korvo-2-LCD expansion board to connect to my dev board expecting it be PnP but I see no signs of life from the LCD. I tried the firmware that came on the dev board which seemed to just be a board test which was supposedly drawing something to the LCD but it didn't even look like it was powered on. I tried a couple of other display examples from the ADF but the LCD just appeared dead. I have tried reconnecting the 3 ribbon cables 3 times with no affect. Is there something I need to do to the board or in firmware to make this LCD work, or is it possible I just got a defective LCD?

Did you ever figure this out? I just picked up one of these kits and I thought I had a bad LCD - it takes ~1 minute for the unit to boot and start displaying with the factory program (at least on mine).
