ESP32 - Reboots intermittently

I have a remote project with esp32 that reboots intermittently, however when I put it on the workbench the problem does not occur, is there any way to write a log in flash memory to see the reason for the boot?

I am new here but have some experience with ESP32
Had similar issues and I am sure it was due to power supply noise.
When powered using PC based USB port or good quality esp32 never rebooted, but when I used
an external power adapter it always hated it, no matter what smoothing capacitor I added.
