Are there any known or upcoming modules with wrover for breadboards on the market ?
Something like the DevKit, priced less than 20$

Wrover Kit is not an option, too expensive, too big, too much additional hardware, ...

With little soldering you can make your own.
It is not very "breadboard frendly", but it can be used, and costs less than 10 US$:

Electrodragon is selling ESP32-Wrover V4 Module at a price of 4 US$ (3.6 US$ if you register) + < 3 US$ shipping. I makes it cheaper than most of the ESP32-WROOM modules.
Combined with a <2 US$ ESP32-WROVER Breakout Board and some ~1 US$ USBtoSerial, it makes very cheap development board for testing psRAM features.

It has a plug breakout for JTAG that you connect over the base as double-decker

and is sized like the NANO32 from Gravitech&MakerAsia
