Is it safe to use ESP32-S3(ESP32-S2,ESP32) in commercial touch button panels

In the data sheet of ESP32, ESP32-S2 and ESP32-S3 it is mentioned that:
My question is how limited are the application scenarios? Is it safe to use it in commercial touch button panels or has touch sensors been used in commercial products?ESP32-S3(ESP32-S2,ESP32) Touch Sensor has not passed the Conducted Susceptibility (CS) test for now, and thus has limited application scenarios.
