ce certification - esd issue

Hi folks,
we are trying to pass CE certification due to fail ESD test (IEC 61000-4-2).
Our device is causing reset with this reason, which is not clear to me:

Our device is causing reset with this reason, which is not clear to me:
Unfortunately i cant share schematics. Test causing this reset is performed on battery charging pin and all other parts of PCB passing tests.rst:0x6 (SDIO_RESET),boot:0x12 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT)
Any help would be appreciated.
