Question about appopriate hardware for a little job.

Hi ¡¡¡ I´m Luis, from Spain, nice to meet the forum.

I have a question about the appropiate hardware to use for a little job in a installed remote machine. I explain it:

1.- I have many computers distributed throughout my country. These computers (digital tourist information screens) have the tipycal Mini-PC and they are connected to Internet. That´s all OK.

2.- The problem is when the computer lose the connection, or the connection have a "0" during seconds and then come back.

3.- What it´s the work I need to have? I would like that my ESP32 with 7070G sim module (I bought one, then show you a picture), when the connection to Internet, fail or loss, the ESP32 module, send me a warning (could be by webserver or other mode) only saying "the connection is failed" or "the connection comback"... what is the appropiate hard for that job?

I bought this model of ESP32, for use a SIM to send this warning info.

with the SIM7070G... what do you think about the board? is it the better for that use?
