Selection of External WIFI Antenna

Hi,
I am newbie to ESP32 S3. I have pruchased ESP32-S3-DevKitC-1U-N8R2 for my application.
This kit has the provision to connect the external antenna for WIFI connectivity.
I am planning to test the WIFI functionality using the external SMA antenna.
Please find the attached WIFI Transmission/Reception characteristics(Ref_SPN.png) from ESP32 S3 data sheet.
If i want to purchase the external antenna for WIFI connectivity check, shall i purchase the below antenna?

Do i need to use the External Yagi antenna?
