RMT high level output voltage is only 370mv

Hi guys,
I am working on emulate NFC with ESP32 RMT peripheral, but when I try the morse code example, I measured the voltage output of RMT pin which only shows around 370mV in high level output state, which I expected 3.3V as the high level output.
I have tried 2 ESP32-dev boards and get the same result, I am not sure what's going wrong, and don't find any information after google a few hours.
