ESP32-WROVER-E CE certification

Hello
I have a question concerning CE certification, we are making a PCB that use ESP32-WROVER-E. ESP32 module will be welded to our new PCB.
As ESP32-WROVER-E is already certified and we are not modifying anything on ESP32 HW, do we need to certify our new PCB by RED norms ?
