Does PSRAM size affect SPI availability?

I am interested in getting an ESP32-S3 to tinker with. If I go with say, the ESP32-S3-WROOM-2-N32R8V or ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N8R8 with octal SPI PSRAM instead of something like ESP32-S3-MINI-1U-N8 , do I lose any external spi buses I can use like the Wrover vs Wroom thing?
