ESP32-WROOM-32E/UE Operating Temp

Hi all,
I see from datasheet that Operating temperature for ESP32-WROOM-32E/UE is up to +85°C
What happens if it works above 85°C ?
Are there some task/specs. that are not allowed or guaranteed ?
