IoT application hardware selection

I want to create an IoT project to collect images and data from temperature sensors. What I need is a microcontroller that supports two cameras and can be connected to a Google Cloud Core IoT system via cellular networking. Is it possible to do somehting like this with an ESP32? Is yes, what hardware exactly can I use for this?
