Which MEMS is used in the official ESP32-S2-HMI-DevKit-1?

The HMI KIT looked perfect to used for my company's internal equipment. I can't find details about integrated sensors though. I especially interested in the MEMS. If it can do 16-bit with low noise, I might not need to use an external one.
