ESP32-S CAM

Hi,
I have a module ESP32-S with CAM. I bought it from banggood, I think it is an AI-Thinker clone. I didn't find any useful information how to use it with Arduino IDE.
General questions: How can I determine the flash on board (size, mode, etc.)? What flash type and flash speed shall I select in Arduino IDE? QIO? DIO?
What is the purpose of flash download tool from Espressif? What can I do with that sofware?
