Coil Antenna tuning

Good day
i wish somebody can help me, i am doing a project with rfid, y already have my pcb circuit with an msp430f2370 microcontroller and a TRF7960a for rfid reader, but i have troubles with the antenna, i dont know exactly how to do the tune i already have my network analyzer and i was trying to do the de contacless measurement method, but i am not sure that it is measuring well.
somebody can tell me what should i do? please and thanks
