Flash mounted inside ESP32

Hi everybody,

I have a doubt, which is the flash model mounted inside ESP32 WROOM and where could I find this information ?

In an old topic I found "GD25Q32" part number of flash chip, but in the Espressif official documents I'm not be able to find this information.
I need to know the full part number to verify the flash temperature operation range and the minimum write cycles.

For the flash temperature range, just refer to the Wroom datasheet - the operating conditions of the module already take the operation limits of the flash into account. I'd say the amount of flash cycles should also be in the wroom datasheet, but I see it isn't - will take that up with the docs team. If you want to have a number, I'd start out assuming any Wroom can do at least 100000 cycles as a first guesstimate.
