Serial0 message

Hello,
The project I am compiling and running is huge, about 20,000 lines. It compiles to 280k of flash.
It uses Serial0 for its control port. The control port works, but every once in a while I see
a message from the ESP32, something about the stack getting 'smashed' and the board resets,
all of this over Serial0.
I am not sure why this is happening, and what to do about it.
Obviously, I cannot have the board reset randomly!
