input voltage for esp32-s2-saola-1

Can anyone confirm the input voltage range for the esp32-s2-saola-1 board; wondering if it can handle 7.5v in?

According to the schematics, that board uses a sgm2212-3.3. According to the datasheet of that board, it can handle up to 20V of input voltage. It, however, needs to convert the difference between the input voltage and the output voltage into heat (as it's a linear regulator), so the thing you may need to worry about is how hot it gets... datasheet says it has thermal shutdown, so it won't blow anything up, but I'd keep an eye on that.
