Problem Flashing ESP32 with esp easy

Hallo,
i am a newbie with esp32. I juist received my fist hardaware esp32 - wroom - 32. I am tryng to install new firmware esp easy. I am using ESP EASY FLASHER to flash my device. but i can't do it. this is the screenshot. i selcted the right com port, 3, the right memonry 4096. What i am wronging?
