Wire IO12 and I36 to provide an IO with Analog when WiFi is active.

Hi,
Perhaps a silly question, but just in case there is a gotcha...
Because of (lack of) pin availability and no ADC on channel 1 available to use, within the constraint of my project...
I intend to simply connect IO12 and I36 together and provide a single connection that can do digital IO and analog input that isn't effected/disabled by Wifi (as I36 is not on ADC2).
Can I simply wire them together without any passive components or without using another GPIO to drive a selectable mux?
Cheers.
