reflow process and soldering issues with esp32 pico d4

I have listed few issues during reflow soldering and hand soldering esp32 pico d4:
-no proper connection of pins of esp with the pads on pcb during reflow or hand soldering.
-3.3V input and ground of the esp were found short after soldering to board.(power was not applied to the board and there was no other fautly components on the board).

Has anyone faced such issue? If you have any solutions I would be happy to know.
