ESP32 with 1.8V SPI flash Question

Hi All,
Sorry if this question has previously been asked and answered.
As I understand the ESP32 can be run with 1.8V external flash by having a pullup on the MTDI pin.
In out use case we are also using a separate SPI to interface with another 3.3v microcontroller.
My questions is:
Will pulling the MTDI pin high change all SPI interfaces to use 1.8V?
Meaning that the microcontroller we are interfacing to will also have to communicate at 1.8v
Thanks in advance.
