esp32 pico d4 io34 io35 as interrupts?

Im running out pins to run some lidar sensors and looking at what available pins i heave left to wire(new board design).
I need 2 additional interrupt pins and 2 more output pins(simple bool for turning the each I2C lidar on and off to set address)
The pins I have free are
SD3 /IO10
SD2 /IO09
Gpio34 in only
Gpio35 in only
My question would be if I can use the input only 34/35 as Interrupts
and
Are IO10 and 9 available considering I dont use external flash or flash ram
