ESP01M GPI0 voltage value

I designed a small circuit using esp 01m and implemented it on a copper plate. I use AMS1117 voltage regulator and 5 mm tht rgb led,3x 330ohm resistance in this board. I was able to light the LEDs in the color I wanted for a while. After a while, I noticed that the red color exploded. and when I measured the gpio 0, I saw that it was 1.9V. Is there a problem here? Is this value normal?

esp 01m Voltage 3.0V ~ 3.6VˈTypical 3.3VˈCurrent >500mA. When I gave 3V to 3.3V from the adjustable power supply to the led circuit, GPIO0 was 2.7-2.9V and the led worked. When I gave 3.5V, I measured GPIO0 as 2.1V and the led did not work. I'm trying to find out why, any ideas?
