WiFi on ESP32 does not reconnect after many network drops

Hi!

I have two ESP32, one of them, when the internet network is bad and constantly dropping, at some point this ESP32 stops automatically reconnecting to WiFi.
Even rebooting by the EN button, it doesn't reconnect anymore, only if i turn it off and on again on power.

Searching I didn't find any answer that explained the reason, is there any condition that the ESP32 WiFi chip doesn't reboot together? The impression I get is that it only reboots the wifi issue when I turn it off.

I can't confirm because I'm new to ESP32, but could anyone tell me something about it? Or do you have a theory of why?
