Is it possible send MIDI data with an ESP32 dev kit 1 + USB TTL CP2102 module to a computer ?

Came across your question searching for something else. What you need is an app that can use the serial data and convert it to midi. I haven't used it myself (I do midi over Bluetooth on an esp32), I've heard of an app called hairless midi https://github.com/projectgus/hairless-midiserial
