Reliable, supported solution for touch on ESP32-C3

We need two touch buttons on ESP32-C3 which no longer has dedicated touch input support. So what is the recommend solution?
Here are two options from other vendors, what is the Espressif recommended solution?

I don't think we have any solutions we officially recommend (aside from perhaps moving to an ESP32 that does have touch), sorry.
