Hi,

It will help if you provide some more details about like:

Antenna layout/type
Antenna matching circuit (as mentioned before)
Schematic
Some PCB pictures
PCB layout (keep out zones) and stack-up
Case type (if applicable)

This is a typical issue in designs using the bare SoC without a proper antenna selection and matching circuit.

We suggest you to send your design files to sales@espressif.com, we will provide a hardware review service. Design files include schematic ( pdf ) and layout ( we support AD, PADS and allegro ).
Please clarify your problems, issue in Bluetooth range is kindof ambiguous.

Hi,

There are so many different issues you can find in RF designs.

As ESP_LJH said, send your files to our sales team and they will help to review your design.

Some of the common mistakes in RF designs are regarding the 50R impedance line (including trace thickness), matching circuit not tuned, traces/planes/components behind the antenna and many others.

It's hard to say the issue root cause without testing and checking if your antenna tuning was done correctly.
